The Kensington Community Association was built in 1997 and is located in beautiful Aliso Viejo, California. With 154 single family homes, the purpose of the Kensington Community Association is to oversee the upkeep of the common areas and enforce the rules established by the Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions. This website is provided by the Association as one of the ways we keep our members up to date on current events, Association documents, agenda postings, as well as providing them with a means of communications with the community.
